Add control for session path directory

Description

If the user has a session path set but that directory is not writable by webserver, WassUp cannot add sessions and displays a lot of errors. It needs a control over this and an option to setup a new directory with right permissions and the .htaccess file.

Helene added "wassup_savepath" option to allow wassup users to change the default path used by "session" for visitor tracking. When left blank, the value from "session_save_path()" is used. Wrote a new function that returns the current value of "session_save_path" which is then checked for existance and writability and a warning message is shown if not true.
