Options - Statistics Recording

On Statistics Recording options tab you can choose what WassUp have to record and what not, we describe every options from top to bottom:

• First of all you can choose to disable the recording by unselect first checkbox, you will be able to surf WassUp admin but new records will not be recorded
• then you can turn on/off recording for specific typology of visits:
  • Record logged in users
  • Record spiders and bots
  • Record attack/exploit attempts (libwww-perl agent)
• the spam filter can be turned on/off too by enabling/disabling the typology of spam you want:
  • Akismet comment spam attempts
  • referrer spam attempts
• last two text area help you to exclude certain types of unwanted visits:
  • exclude by source ip address (comma separated)
  • exclude by blog url requested (comma separated)
