SPY Visitor view?
The SPY visitor view is a cool way to watch what visitors are doing on your blog in very real time. It's inspired from the Digg spy view. You can pause the scrolling with the "pause" link on the top and resume it with the "play" link, the legend show you various typology of visitors by color (colors are the same described in the Visitor Details view).
